Use of the Service
You agree to use TextVybe only for lawful purposes. You're responsible for the text you submit and the songs generated from it.

Subscriptions & Free Trial
Pro plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) auto-renew until cancelled. The 3-day free trial converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. You can cancel anytime from your account.
4.
Intellectual Property
You keep rights to the lyrics and prompts you input. Generated audio is licensed to you for personal and commercial use under your active plan, subject to third-party model terms.
5.
Prohibited Content
Don't generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or impersonates real people without consent.
6.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
